Yes, the Rapture Is Pre-trib

The rapture happens before the tribulation begins.

After a careful study of Scripture over many years, I am fully confident in this.

One of the most compelling cases is a New Testament book that mentions the return of Christ nine times in just five chapters: 1 Thessalonians.

In the very first chapter, the Apostle Paul celebrates this church for their joyous, unwavering hope in the return of Christ. He praised them for having an eager expectation of being rescued from the wrath to come.

The end of the book gives us the most vivid picture of how the rapture will take place. The dead in Christ will rise first, and then we who are alive and remain will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air.

This will happen on a normal day and catch the world completely off guard.

But believers won't be surprised, because we're expecting it at any moment.

It's good to have a joyous, unwavering expectation for the return of Christ. It's good to expect Jesus to rescue you from the great time of testing to come.

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
