Jesus Ain't Woke: Your Wake Up Call to Stop Tolerating Sin

Chapter 1: Woke Christianity

The term “woke” has pure beginnings. In the 1930s, “stay woke” simply meant to pay attention to the social and political issues that impacted racial equality.

It has since been hijacked as the rallying cry for identity politics where politicians target minority groups for political gain by posing as their ally.

Now, to be “woke,” you must:

• Advocate for the LGBTQ+ movement by allowing men to be women and drag queens to teach your kids in school.
• Fuel the racial wildfire by defunding the police and making sure white people are viewed as “privileged.”
• Support Critical Race Theory where white children are told to apologize for their race.

The list goes on, but you get the idea.

The challenge is, on the surface, these issues seem to have good intentions. But dig deeper, and you’ll find out that almost everything “woke” is anti-God. Yet Christians everywhere are becoming “woke” in the name of “love.”
