Something we must remember about God is that He gives us power to get wealth.

It doesn't matter how many people gripe and complain about what they call the "prosperity gospel". This truth about God from Deuteronomy 8:18 still stands.

God delights in the prosperity of His servants. He makes us rich and adds no sorrow to it.

So why aren't more Christians wealthy? Well, just because power exists doesn't mean it is being used.

The electric company is sending power to your house. But if you don't plug in and turn it on, it produces nothing.

So the real question is: Are you a great conductor of God's power? How well can it flow through you to create wealth?

Or are you more apt to restrict His power by coming up with reasons and excuses why you can't or shouldn't be prosperous?
