Faith vs Pity

October 8, 2026 by Kade Young

Faith and pity don't go together.

If you're not willing to separate yourself from pity, you cannot receive from God.

Maybe you want people to feel sorry for how bad your sickness is, or that you don't have enough money.

Well, you can either have pity or receive a miracle from God, but you can't have both.

And know this: Our culture is trained to give pity. So, not only do you have to stop wanting it, but you need to start rejecting it when it comes your way.

I don't want pity. I want a miracle. So I stand in faith knowing that what God said is my outcome.
