When I chose a life of sin, God pursued me.
Every time the thrill was over, He was there. But I had the wrong response.
Instead of running to Him for rescue, I chose to stay in guilt and shame. I listened to the enemy’s lies instead of being drawn in by the love of my Father.
It took a while, but one day I finally made the right choice. Instead of hiding from God, I ran to Him.
He didn’t shame me. He didn’t give me a look of disappointment. He didn’t tell me to earn my way back.
He rescued me on the spot and fully restored me as His son. He embraced me as if I never did anything wrong.
And now, many years later, I find myself living a life I don’t deserve. Everywhere I look, I see His blessings, and they just keep coming.
This isn’t just for me. It’s for you. God gave His son, Jesus Christ, to make way for you to be restored as a child of God.
God’s children are beyond blessed. There aren’t even words to describe the blessing we live in.
